Your waxes and originals are very fragile and delicate pieces. Please take great care in packing them; the parcels are often abused in shipping and they can break easily. Use plenty of shock-absorbing packing material around each individual piece, preventing them from movement, and use a large sturdy box. Of course, always include a list indicating the number of pieces enclosed so that we'll know if something arrives broken.

You can download our confidentiality agreement. Simply fill in the customer information and send it to us. We will sign it, and send it back to you.

There is no mininum orders at G n W Designs. Youmust order at least one!

We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS.

We can design a piece of jewelry from most drawings. We can create a CAD file from a sketch with your design details. The more details you provide, the faster and more complete we will be in our CAD model

Typically it's around $150-$600 to get your production ready. Prices vary depending on the size and complexity of the jewelry.

All models, molds, and files you paid for are your property and can be returned at any time. Please see our policies page.

If you need us to scale your model we can do that for you. If your file requires a small repair we can usually repair it with no problem. It is impossible for us to quote prices for labor charges without first seeing the pieces or piece in question. We invite you to send your designs to us and we will gladly give you an estimate before any work is begun. Of course, the integrity of a client’s creation is always held in strict confidence whether sent for pricing or for production

Molds start at $35.00 (for example, a basic ring) . Charges increase depending on size and complexity.

Yes, we do provide a complete variety of finishing services, which include anything between removal of sprue and tumbling and up to supplying and setting of stones. Please contact us for additional information.
